Protocol Department: In which department does the Protocol belong?
WHY THIS INFORMATION IS IMPORTANT TO THE IRB:
The Department of Health requests information about the department or location of research to assess research activity throughout the Department.
INVESTIGATOR HELP:
Select a department from the drop down list. This is the department the researcher is located in. Use "Research Locations" to select the location.
Example: A University researcher would select their university as the Protocol Department and then use the "Research Location" option to indicate where at the Department of Health (e.g., a specific County Health Department or Bureau in Central Office) where their research will be conducted. If you do not see your location, please contact the Ethics and Human Research Protection Program.
